Triggered Sinus Issues & Weakened Immunity – Disappointed
I had high hopes for Kapiva Shilajit, but unfortunately, it backfired badly. Within a few days of use, I started experiencing intense sinus congestion, pressure, and sneezing—symptoms I hadn’t dealt with in months. I initially thought it was seasonal, but the timing aligned perfectly with starting this supplement. Even worse, my immune system felt off. I was more fatigued, prone to minor infections, and my usual recovery time slowed down. After stopping the product, my sinus symptoms eased within 48 hours. That’s too much of a coincidence to ignore. I appreciate Ayurvedic remedies, but this one didn’t suit me at all. If you have sinus sensitivities or immune issues, proceed with caution. Not every “natural” product is universally safe.
