Bought these for the GNR in sep. They really did make a difference. Easy to drink or sip, did not taste bad and easy on the gut

Good tasty bar. Easy to digest while cycling. Nutrition wise it seems like a good bar, might get better but would need to pay more. This is good value for money

Used these energy bars on the Ford Ride London 100, 2024, 100 mile ride this year. Used 10 on the 100 mile cycle ride, tasty, easy to eat whilst riding, provided enough energy on ride. Good value for money, quality good as in taste, good size to fit in cycle top. Used on all training rides up-to main event, no stomach issues as found with gels and some other energy bars.

Always liked these and have used them for cycling for the last 4 years or so. Good price especially if you get them on subscription. I can recommend the Banana and Berry flavours

I've used High5 before and bought these for running (Caramel flavour) and whilst they are advertised for Before, During and After I would avoid taking them on a run. The bars are dense, really dense. So swallowing them whilst on a run is hard work and it takes a bit of water to wash one down. So I would use them for recovery after a run to put the energy back in. The bars themselves are tasty and good value and they do seem to have a lot of energy packed into them. I'd just keep in mind how you use them.
