Just completed the resealing of a 15 year old 78m² red pressed concrete driveway.Turned out to be an easier job than I'd anticipated.Following instructions:Pressure washed the drive removing all organic matter and loose debris.Waited a few dry days to fully dry out.Applied the repair compound to a number of full width cracks.Thoroughly mixed the matt sealant with deep red colour tint in a giant decorators scuttle 5 litres at a time.Applied using a new 18" soft coco broom.Second coat after two days adding anti-slip compound.Kept vehicles off for 48 hours.The driveway looks fantastic; like new, repairs superb, fully anti-slip, lovely, even, gleaming matt finish.Total application time about 3.5 hours including mixing and repairing. It look almost as long to pressure wash as lots of crap in the pressed block pattern.Total cost including cheap broom (now unusable for anything else!) and scuttle about £200 for effectively a fully refurbished drive!It looks like it'll last for another few years!

This is excellent sealer and we’ve used it many times before our stamped concrete. It has a lovely finish and lasts for quite a long time on our large drive.

An amazing and very effective product. Would highly recommend and will also order again.If Smartseal hadn’t worked we’d have had to get the drive redone costing over £20,000 - we spent £85 on this product and the printed concrete now looks brand new and is waterproof. Easy to apply

got this to liven up my walkway which was looking rather tired and faded, used a brush to put it on one coat was all it needed to make it like new, did not have a strong aroma but you knew it was a high voc. would probably use a large roller next time for speed. overall a very good product.

Excellent sealer, my concrete drive looked like new after I used this from smart seal, added a small amount of colour tint to the sealer as well and it now looks great, thank you.

I only needed a small can of sealer to protect my front door-step, which I had painted black. I checked the weather forecast and chose a dry period. I put one coat of sealer on in the morning, and another in the late afternoon. I repeated the operation the next day. After 48 hours it has dried to a smooth, hard finish. It appears to repel the rain well, (see the portion of concrete at the bottom-right of the step I used as a tester), and it looks good. I still have half a can left, if the step needs sealing again in a couple of years. At the moment I am happy with this product, but if anything goes wrong I shall revisit this review.
