Liked it real good

Seed can go bad and not germinate if not used soon after harvest and or not stored properly. I ordered & received 25 pounds of Hard Fescue seed from Outside Pride and not one seed took root. I watered 4X a day for 2 weeks. The seeds were on the soil the next day after delivery to me. I left a voice mail with Outside Pride, still waiting. $160...poof!!

Timely delivery, really good germination rate.

The grass seed germinated and looked good until it reached an inch in height. It then started to thin out and disappear. Followed planting and water care instructions as advised. Not a good application for me.

I was looking for a grass that would not grow too high and this stuff does that. I'll buy again.

Seeded as instructed, have normal soil for lawn grass, watered regularly. Not even one seed has sprouted. Contacted seller and was told they don't guarantee results. Wasted $45 and my time on these seeds.
