Q: Will this fit the head of a four year old or will it be too loose? (Approx 51cm)

It would be too loose. My head measures 55cm and the elastic at the back is not fully stretched when I wear it.

Q: Can this be machine washed? Thanks

Only wore couple of times, never washed it yet tbh. Should be fine on a low wash
