These freezer block do the job and fit in the standard lunch-size cooler bag. I use 2 and everything inside stays super chilled, but one block would probably be sufficient.They lose one star because one of the three blocks has expanded and warped in the freezer. I might have to thaw it and empty out some of the gel at some point, but this should not have happened. However, t's still usable - for now.

Very happy with this product, not overly big so will fit inside a medium food bag.Item arrived promptly and will sit in the freezer until required

Good Price and kept contents in the cool box nice and cold. Journey was 1 hour 20 mins and blocks were frozen solid.

They are freezer blocks, they work but they are small. Serves me right for buying a product with no size in the description or title.... You live and learn.
