Misleading
These are not 1000 mg pills. They just market them as 1000 mg. These are 500 mg capsules with a serving size of two capsules. Also, random, unidentified source gelatin is in these if that matters to you.

No Big Issues - Taking This For Acne Effectively
I am taking this at 1 capsule (500 mg) three times a day for acne so that my face does not produce too much oil, this regimen works for me. More than 500-1000 mg at a time then you start to risk gastrointestinal side effects. 500 mg is relatively a large amount of pantothenic acid already.The suggested use is 2 capsules a day with meals, so for 100 capsules this is 50 days of pills if you follow that.The capsule is medium size and goes down easy (I have no problem swallowing large pills). There is no taste or smell. The bottle has light powdering inside but not a significant amount.The pricing is moderate, not too high but not that low either.This is manufactured in New York.Ordering Date: 4/20/23Expiration Date: 12/25
