Perfect! Has everything I was looking for!
UPDATE 2: So it’s past the season. The representative sent 1 extra candle and replacement bases for the lopsided ones. I guess I thought they were going to generously send at least 2 extra but I can’t really complain on free. However it did sound like they were going to send multiple. So after Xmas season, this is what I found: new batteries barely last to keep them lit from Thanksgiving to Jan 2. They definitely started to dim around Xmas (mind you they had been in for 1 month and timed for 6 hrs/day). Also, after saying they didn’t appear green, I did notice a slight SLIGHT greenish tinge to know what some people were saying. It’s not horrible though. I’m guessing it’s something in the plastic bulbs that casts that greenish tinge. It’s not much an issue for me though. Also, the extra candle I received was slightly different from the ones in my set. The bulb didn’t go on and off while pushing the bulb down. It was a function I liked about the others, in case I wanted to do that instead of the remote. The mechanism was slightly different. Not sure why. It also seemed brighter. Go figure. Now, with that said, I am still pretty happy with these candles. My only wish is that they were even brighter and they got rid of the tinge to make it a true warm white. I still give it 5 stars because there are no other window lights like these that give me everything I wanted. In my research, I found brighter bulbs but there are no bases. Also found another set, the bulbs are glass with no multiple timing function. So I’ll stick with these until there are advances to make exactly what I want. I assume batteries don’t last more than 1 season and the lights probably would’ve been brighter if I replaced them half way through (like 3 weeks in). But I threw away the batteries before storing and will put in new ones each start of the season. And that storage box was great for keeping everything together just as I anticipated. I threw out the cardboard that the bases were packed in bc I couldn’t figure out how to put them back in. Just put the bases I on either side, alternating them right side up, and upside down, and they all fit (including the extra one).————————-UPDATE: the customer support contacted me within a day of receiving them and asked if everything was fine. I said they are fantastic and aside from a couple gold bases that seemed to slant (wasn't a deal breaker for me as they go in the window and won't be seen from the street), they were exactly what I was looking for and would buy more if needed. She replied back the next day and said she'd be happy to send replacement bases and a few more candles if I'd like. WOW. Talk about a great company! So far, the programmed setting and the remote are working fine. I didn't notice that any bulbs were dimmer than others. If you see this, maybe make sure they're all at the same brightness. Even the dimmest setting is not much of a difference from the brightest so if they are unusually dim, that may be an issue. The remote sometimes brightens some but not all at once, so make sure you have checked them all.The color is a warmish white, but not harsh white, not yellow/orange, and not greenish as some have stated.------------I just received these and am extremely happy so far! I haven't tested them in the window at night, but their brightness seems as good as a frosted candle bulb. [update: I did test them and they are great! My mother has battery candles that are far far dimmer than these. These are as good as any frosted bulb and bright enough for me. See pic].First of all, I love that they come in a compact box, neatly packaged, so I can repack them after the season. I had a little issue getting the battery tube out (I was afraid of breaking something by pulling on the bulb, but then I got the hang of it). These take AAA batteries and I filled all 10 right away to make sure they all worked. No problems, they all worked! And like they say, if they don't, try shaking the candle gently as the batteries can sometimes go out of alignment. However this was pretty rare and did not consistently happen. Maybe 1 or 2, but it always settled. Once you don't move them again, I can't imagine it's an issue. There are instructions included that are very helpful, but aside from finding out to take out the battery compartment and programming the timer, it's really pretty intuitive.I found the brightness to be perfectly fine And I'm happy with their brightness from outside (see photo). There are 2 settings for brightness, but I will warn that it's not a gradual dimming and brightening capability; it has just the 2 settings and the difference is pretty slight. (See pics. I tried to get the difference but hard to do with candles. What I got is close, though) That was not a deal breaker for me. I'll probably keep it on brightest anyways. Also, FYI, the flicker is very subtle. If you can get past these, you'll enjoy them no problem. The quality is plasticky, sure, but it doesn't bother me. In fact, I've found other sets to be worse with flaking "metal" coatings. These gold ones seem to be better. The other end of the candle fits into the gold base pretty securely. An interesting feature I didn't realize is, you can turn these on/off by just pushing down on the bulb, without using the remote if you want. That's pretty handy. (FYI: If you programmed them and then pushed down on the bulb, I think you have to reprogram that candle). I was 25 feet away from all the candles (grouped on a coffee table) once the batteries were in, and was able to turn them all on at once. Now, I don't know if that'll work when they're in their own windows within that range, but I'll find out soon. [update: it turned most of them on at once. But it's so minor to be picky about; just aim the remote at the ones that didn't turn on, or sometimes if you just hold down the button a little longer on the remote, it'll turn more on).For the price (I paid $59 for the gold base 10 pack), these are perfect for what I want! I have a toddler and don't have to worry about glass bulbs breaking when she is around them. The remote is insanely convenient too. I think I will be very happy with these. This covered all of what I was looking for: remote, timer, LED, no glass, bright enough, flicker/steady option, and timer. It has it all! For $6 each, this is very affordable. If I have to buy more, I won't hesitate! And I'm pretty picky about quality and brightness! I can't wait to use these!

Best Decor added to my extended Holidays Ever !!
Still have them up....have seen houses with lights in windows before, and always wanted to use on my own home. Until I came across this set, I had no idea of the what a huge transformation it added to the entire house, inside and out. Super special effect of warmth, cozy and safety, feeling safe that is. Fabulous battery operated, REMOTE control w/ various options, & timers, wow! It's truly elegant, easy and I enjoyed every room from entertaining, unused rooms, to falling asleep every night. Yup, Jan 26th and I have no intention to take them down for winter. No worrying about a well lit house, no going around use switches. Worth the price is a definite given, as I immediately bought more to have in every window...even in the attic dormetlr & the garage. Made the house safe too, which is important during the holiday months. AAA batteries work for several weeks, which I replaced once in 2 mos. Batteries in bulk on Amazon, and you're set anyway. I personally like the white with silver base. I saw the window attchmnt pieces avail for sale, but not needed to stick on window. They are sturdy and stand straight on their own, yet don't break if knocked over. Remote battery incl, which will not need changing for years. I do plan to store candles & remotes as recommended w/all batteries removed. Honestly can't believe they came up with cordless, remote with so many options. Never doubt what could end up being part of your favorite decor ever!

Great for holiday decor - timer function can be unreliable
I ordered a set of 10 to use as holiday decorations in windowsills and they are great for that purpose. I’ve previously tried a couple of other cheaper sets of candles and have been disappointed in the brightness (or lack thereof) but these are bright enough to be seen clearly through the windows at dusk or even during the day in indirect light, and I love that these had a timer function. The light is a nice warm white, and the flicker function is subtle but adds a charming touch. That said, several of the lights simply don’t respond to the timer, and stay on all day. I’ve tried re-setting them several times but they just have a mind of their own. The remote is kind of useless for anything other than the initial setup unless all 10 candles are in the same room (even then, the remote was kind of finicky and sometimes didn’t work)It should also probably go without saying but just in case, these definitely do not “look” like real candles. They are clearly (fairly cheap) plastic. This is fine for holiday decor, but if you are hoping to have these on display in place of actual taper candles, you should probably look for a more realistic option elsewhere.

Great taper candles with awesome remote features!
I bought these flameless taper candles because I wanted some candles that would look nice but be easy to operate. This set of flameless candles are great. They're the perfect height. They don't need suction cups to stay upright because they have really sturdy removable bases. They came in a nice sturdy compact box that will be nice for storage, just take off the removable base and they store perfectly in the original box. The remote is awesome and comes with it's battery. You can choose from several different timer settings as well as whether you want flickering or steady candles. You even get to select how bright the candles will be. I set up all the candles for brightness and flickering first. Then at the time I wanted them to start each night I brought each candle to its appropriate window. I turned it on then selected the timer setting. Now at that time of night they automatically turn on then four hours later they turn off. I'm so very pleased with how great these look in my windows. I love how easily they turn on and off each night all by themselves. Once you set them up your work is done. You can just enjoy how beautiful they look. Also, I had to contact the seller for a minor issue and their customer service was just outstanding! They got back to me immediately and were extremely helpful and kind. All around great experience!
