Very soft and great for foundation, use wet or dry

Bulky Sponge that feels a bit plasticky
Have used this for compressed powder. It does apply the powder, but I am not very sure about the feel of the sponge. It is quite bulky and feels slightly plasticky as opposed to being like a sponge texture
