I was really looking for a 2 piece cake pan and I saw this one, read some opinions. I wasn't sure about it being Stainless Steel. When it arrived I washed it and set it out, then I proceeded to make an Orange Chiffon cake. But before I put the BATTER into the pan I made template of the bottom with parchment paper, I lightly spray bottom of the pan and placed the parchment in the bottom. I put the batter in pan, baked it, when finished, I turned the pan upside down on the counter and let it cool then scored the outside edges of the cake to loosen it, now was the time for removing the cake from the pan I flipped the pan over onto a platter and the cake slipped smoothly out of the pan, I removed the parchment paper and top looked perfect.

These set of two cake pans are great! Very well made and heavy, not flimsy at all. My zucchini bread came out perfect and released very easy. Highly recommend. you will love them.

Twins where have you been lol Great deal purchase set for 25.99 sale. These pans are huge in width. Very heavy good quantity. It baked my pound cake nicely. It will cook fast with dark color pans so be careful not to over bake. I cooked on 325 degrees depending on your oven and altitude. My pound cake released very well didn't stick. If you grease your pan well, you shouldn't have a problem. I baked a mile high pound cake first time using this pan. My cake stretched wide but didn't stretch higher enough because the pan is so wide 16 cup.lol It holds a lot of batter. Overall, good product!! Happy Baking!!
