Great book for maintaining strength/good posture
As a woman in my late 60s, I've been searching for a fitness program that can help me maintain my strength and flexibility without putting too much stress on my body. That's why I decided to give this book on Pilates for seniors a try, and I'm so glad I did.One thing that really stood out to me about this book is how well the Wall Pilates exercises are explained. The illustrations are clear and the step-by-step guide is easy to understand, even for someone like me who is a beginner when it comes to Pilates. I appreciate that the exercises are low-impact, so I don't feel any pain or discomfort after completing a session.After just a few sessions, I could already see progress in my body. I felt more balanced and flexible, and my muscles felt less tense. I was especially thrilled to discover that I could now do Wall sits, something I never thought I could do at my age.Now, after just two weeks of following the plan in the book, I feel stronger and more confident than ever. Incredible
This trainer is one of the best he has hand selected special stretches to target body fat . Easy enjoyable up to 15 minutes a day . All in the comfort of chair or against a wall . I’m heading into my 3 rd month non stop straight through on nightly excercise and he speaks true when he says in his one book keep doing these exercises and u won’t recognize yourself …. It’s amazing the inches I’ve lost and increased strength I even talked my sister into doing the 28 day challenge that was almost 3 months ago she’s doing them too 👍can’t thank this guy enough fur knowing how to fit just a few minutes into ur day for results that are beyond beneficial…😊

Very poor quality--faded drawings
I love that it is spiral bound.Disappointed in the faded drawings.Just a few simple stand against the wall exercises.No depth.

Stay strong and flexible
Pilates is a great way to build up muscle strength in those long and lean muscles that help us move and balance. I liked that this book includes exercises but also tips and tricks on how to stay motivated. This helps with the mental aspects of working out. I also appreciated that there were pictures for every exercise. This helps ensure that you are doing the move correctly and lessen your chance of getting injured. I also liked that the pictures featured an older woman doing the exercises.

While I am a senior, and trying to become stronger, these exercises are not challenging enough for me to feel they are effective.

Incredible results!
I bought this book over a week ago and couldn't be happier.The exercises are easy to understand, the illustrations are clear, and the notes on how to breathe are life-changing.It is the most professional and helpful book I've bought in a long time...I am just over 60, and for a while now, exercising gave me pain all over (mostly in my hips, knees, and ankles).I had to find a solution. My friend told me about Wall Pilates and its low impact on joints, as well as how it improves both flexibility and balance.I just started the 30-day challenge (day 4 now!) and I already feel more in tune with and less aching in my body.Life-changing book!

What I was looking for!
I felt unsecure and in pain with my body and decided to make a change.My hips, knees were constantly sore and I felt weak.I looked on tik tok and other social media, tha la toy daughters, and found wall pilates to be a good method.With YouTube videos I couldn't understand the exact exercises so I decided to buy this book.I chose it because of the amazing cover and I loved it!The exercises are very well thought out, easy to understand and have a lot of variety.I've been doing it for two weeks and I can already see and feel changes!Thank you very much, this book is a gem!

Amazing book!!!
I was looking for some Wall Pilates exercises with low impact on the body for my aunt that had in the past some injuries on the hip joint and a few muscular problems due to weakness and instability.I realised that the fear of exercise has been growing in the last few months as some articles online, and other fitness books were giving her exercises too advanced, letting her feel too weak and demotivating us.I bought this book a few days ago and I have been using daily since.Very clear, nice and concise instructions and you can really tell that the author is a fitness professional that knows exactly how you would feel during the workout!We are at day 5 of the challenge and I am sure we'll keep up until the end! I notice some changes after day 3 and my aunt says she felt like she was rejuvenated and connected to her body!Amazing book, recommend it if you are looking for wall pilates exercises - seniors or beginners.
