Jane Iredale Amazing Base Loose Mineral Powder 10.5 g

Used to use this this years ago instead of liquid foundation. It’s really easy to apply, simply brush onto your skin and it almost melts on, looking really natural. It has a great SPF, so great for protecting your face from the sun.

This is not simply a cosmetic product : it aids healing, contains a (minimal) level of sunscreen and can be used on post - surgery skin. Long lasting when applied, long storage life too. Since I discovered this product, I have used nothing else. 100% satisfied.

I had high expectations for this product but was quite disappointed. The shade is lovely but it feels like is sitting on the face rather than bleeding with it. I’ve since bought a different mineral powder and will keep this one as spare one.

This powder gives light coverage to my fair (freckled) skin. Does not sit in lines. Very convenient for a quick wash of healthy colour. I also like using it as a bronzer on top of a similarly tinted cream foundation, just on brow, cheeks and chin. Gives an extra glow without looking overdone.

Good quality, good coverage, good staying power, and didn't cause me any blemishes or irritation (which does often happen, unfortunately).

Llevaba años queriendo comprar esta base por sus filtros minerales, pero es complicado encontrarla en España y suele tener un precio muy elevado. Por fin encontré esta oferta en Amazon y me atreví a comprarla, adivinando el color a ojo. He cogido el tono Bisque (polvos sueltos), tengo la piel clara con rojeces y el tono amarillento las corrige bien. Como referencia, uso el tono 1W2 Sand en Estee Lauder double wear foundation. La verdad es que es una base buenísima, la aplico con una brocha plana y en un rato se une a la piel, creando un aspecto de piel desnuda. Con varias capas se puede conseguir una cobertura bastante buena, pero tarda más en asentarse. Con un factor UV de 2 o 3 va genial, en verano no la usaría porque el formato en polvo no cubre bien toda la piel como para protegerla de un sol fuerte.
