Not a lot of reviews on this item so I wanted to share my positive experience on the first trip. This luggage was fun to bring around, for both the parents and the kids.I passed the airport security check easily. To ensure everything goes smoothly, I removed the power bank from the luggage and put it in my bag, then lift the suitcase into the plane's carry-on storage bin. It’s a sleek design & a true game changer for travelers like me! It’s easy to operate and moves smoothly. I love that it’s not too loud. It goes pretty fast, but it can be adjusted through the app, which is very convenient. And the phone app is great tool to control it and to activate a security alarm in case you lost it or forgot it somewhere.Shipping was fast. It was shipped from California and arrived in 3 days. Faster than expected.The battery life is seems good so far. I saw that they sell separate battery packs at a reasonable price, so I am considering buying another backup battery for extended trips. It’s also fun riding around the house. Highly recommend it.

Honestly a great luggage had made my traveling days easier overall holds up great on bumps but fits a good amount of outfit sets id say about 6 if you use air compression bags the light is pretty i love how you can change the colors overall i enjoyed this purchase and do not regret it :) i customised it and it looks very fun

Great scooter... Very well constructed... Best scooter battery I have, as it charges quickly and lasts for a very long time... I've never gotten below 2 bars yet after long use... The speed is more than you need as you most likely won't go full throttle... The shipping time beat the Amazon window as I received one day before estimated date...Personally for me, I have a mobility disability and it's more of a need than a luxury and I'm so glad I bought this... I have many doctor appointments, with many at hospitals and its so easy to put the scooter in the trunk (extremely compact) and then jump on and ride to my doctor's office... Some of the offices are football fields away from the parking lots... I wish I knew about this years ago!In addition, the App works great and is a fun to use with all its features... Product is great and as advertised.

So I bought this because for the same reason everyone else did, travel light and be able to reserve energy while traveling. Everytime I went through airport s security it got flagged for additional screening. At Glasgow airport I bought a ticket to board first but I was the last to board since they did not know how to proceed even though the battery was removable. At the Amtrak train station it varies, it depends on the attendants and whether they are feeling like enforcing the station policy down to the letter. The only work around I have found for being hassled for riding an electric suitcase is to bring a legitimate Doctors note stating you need to ride an electric suitcase because constantly standing and pulling a suit puts unnecessary strain on one's back. Since electric mobility scooters can be used where prohibited with a medical documentation. Works as intended but even though it is purposely made to be slow and underpowered, depending on individual enforcing policy they may make it difficult to enjoy your purchase and your trip.

The Airwheel is amazing, and this seller is candid, responsive and considerate.This is a review after 2 Airwheels and an extra battery >8 months. I have been on 10 flights - 4 different airlines - and a host of conventions, conferences, etc. and I am still very happy with my purchase.It's reliable, convenient, efficient, speedy, and well built.The seller has been great. They have honored all my requests and have answered my questions frankly.I wish I could give the Airwheel Robot Suitcase an extra star, or a plus.I highly recommend the product and the vendor.My problems with mobility found me hesitant to venture out. I even dropped some weight because I am walking more. My posture has improved with my confidence and exercise.I used to stay. NOW I GO!Allons-y!

The bag was taken from us by Swiss air staff on our return from Switzerland trip. We were told these bags are security hazards and now have been banned by most Scandinavian countries. We have requested a refund from the seller and so far have not heard a reply. DO NOT BUY IT BEFORE YOU KNOW WHICH COUNTRY YOU MAY VISIT IN FUTURE!

Delivery was fast and overall product quality is great. However, it would not be very comfortable for a large or tall person. Ended up buying a travel mobility scooter instead.
