So very very pleased with this purchase. Its everything I needed. Better comfort; better reliability; Much better eficiency; safer than ever; quieter operation; better control and better app; stronger fan at any angle; more floor space. It even cools and dehumidifies too, lol AND I got it in black. On a black Friday deal. I did receive the condenser with a dent and the company gave me a partial refund to compensate. They were easy to work with. The install was easy enough but did take thought. I work in HVAC but in a sales role rn. Still, the project only took two half days. From what I can tell, I'm now only using about 1000watts to make ~12kbtu. Before, with space heaters I was using 1500watts and only making ~5kbtu. The energy savings alone will pay for this project in two winters. I'm pretty sure I've voided the warranty somehow, understandably. This product was not intended for a greenhouse but I will update if it dies notably young.

I had this unit installed in my travel trailer to replace the roof top a/c. The ability of this unit to cool down the camper and remove the humidity is incredible. It is also nearly silent running. The electrical consumption is significantly less than the standard rv unit. I also like that the unit is WiFi enabled allowing me to adjust the the temperature remotely so it can be set higher when I am away and then turned down to be comfortable when I arrive. The quality of the unit seems to be very good and the design and functionality are both exceptional. So far, I am very pleased with the purchase.

Im in love with this unit. I can not believe how fast it both heats up and cools down my room. For years ive had a window ac unit and have had floor heaters to survive. This unit handles it like its nothing. I have it connected to my phone and can control it away from home. I cant get over how great it is. Im very pleased with my purchase.

Works well but does not work well when temps are below 0 degrees. A/C works well.

Stopped working after 5 months, serial number wore off outside unit, no serial number on inside unit, so I'm basically screwed to replace it.

I’m an hvac technician with my own company and I deal with every brand. Obviously Mitsubishi is in its own class, but these cooper and hunter mini splits are super efficient, the install kit comes with everything, and installation is relatively easy. And for 700$ for a 9k Btu system that’s a great price.

This mini-split system has demonstrated remarkable efficiency in regulating the temperature of our 800 square feet home within a short period. Its performance exceeds expectations, and the value it offers is exceptional. The installation process was straightforward, requiring only minimal assistance for a specific step. This is the second Cooper and Hunter I've purchased from Amazon and installed. It's kind of lame having to give up the warranty, but for the price you pay and the longevity - I have one unit that has been working solidly for 2 years - it's well worth it. This unit in particular absolutely crushes it. It's hard to believe the BTU rating is what it says it is, this will heat or cool 20' x 15' x 16' (yes, 16' ceiling) room in absolutely no time at all, installed only a foot below the ceiling. We live in Vermont. It can be bloody cold. Having a unit mounted that high and heating the room in no time is ridiculous. We haven't gotten below zero outside yet this year but at 5° f It absolutely crushes it. It almost makes me regret how much I spent on my daughter Hyper Heat variant. I don't think I will ever buy a different brand mini split.
