The lobster chew toy is a favorite with my two huskies. They love it so much I had to buy extra. These are durable and withstand heavy chewing and come at a great price. Just the right size, and should be able to stand up to any heavy chewer.

My dog is a powerful chewer. I use a lot of Nylabone products. They tend to last a while for her. Once she starts getting plastic flakes or shreds I always replace them. This Lobster is cute and she really loves it. There is a reservoir along the bottom you can put peanut butter or anything in. I like to put peanut butter or cool whip in it and freez it. She loves it.

My dogs love Nylabones. More specifically, they love to gnaw Nylabones into shivs that would sell for an entire carton of smokes in Riker's Island! So as I was placing my monthly order I decided to try something that might last a little longer, and ordered this along with a couple of other different chews.First, let me say that one of my dogs loved this from the moment I took it out of the package. She has been chewing on it nearly non-stop since yesterday. So that's a positive.Unfortunately, there is definite wear on the claws, and one is visibly smaller than the other one, after having this toy for 12 hours overnight. I don't have high hopes that this will last any longer than the normal Nylabones I usually get. I will say that the size and shape make it less likely to fall between the couch cushions, where my 8 month old puppy likes to hide all of her favorite toys from the other dogs (or prison guards), so hopefully my back will be spared the every other day activity of lifting the couch to retrieve all of the bones, balls, and half eaten treats that fall through!This toy is heavier than a standard Nylabone and the shape makes me nervous about the possibility of stepping on it in the middle of the night. I'm also not looking forward to my dog deciding this is the perfect toy to drop on my sleeping face to wake me up in the morning! And sadly, none of the hockey helmets on Amazon have gotten good reviews on comfortability for sleeping, so there's a very real possibility that one day I will be awakened with a concussion or maybe just a broken, bloody nose from this toy.Again, my dog really likes this toy, so if your dog likes to chew, but isn't a power chewer, this is a good choice. Just make sure that you are up to date on your protection payments or you aren't adverse to sleeping in some type of protective head gear.

I was a little nervous about this one. My German Shepherd loves his lobster. He takes it with him all over the place. It’s a good size chew and he can really get a good hold of it and it’s perfect for chewing.

I got this little lobster because I couldn't find the Galileo bone for a reasonable price anywhere, and I was hoping my big dog wouldn't chew clean through it like his other bones. Well, he can't. It makes a sound almost like porcelain when he tries to chew it, and he never tries for long because it isn't comfortable. Hard, way too hard to be enamel safe. I would go with a different Nylabone as they have many better options. This one is cute, but not worth a vet bill.

My dog is obsessed and normally chews through toys very quickly! This one has lasted and I haven’t had to worry about her swallowing or choking on pieces coming off. 10/10 would recommend.

My daughter’s 100 lb lab loves this toy! He has been chewing on it for two months, and it is still one of his favorites. He is a strong chewer, but this toy is holding up well - highly recommended!

As I am writing this review, my power chewer of a dog is chewing away at this toy. This has survived a lot of chewing and is still in service.If this thing ever wears down, I will definitively order another one!
