In summary, amazing device, but no help/replacement/return from seller when not stopped working in 5 month, had to buy a new one and throw away the $700 broken deviceFirst of all, the device is amazing. My girlfriend bought it for me to help with my severe suffocating snoring. I used to experience pauses in my breathing during sleep. When my breath returned, I would suddenly wake up due to the lack of oxygen and hear a final loud snore. Thanks to the device, my suffocating snoring has significantly reduced.However, I am very frustrated with the warranty and customer service. Normally, when the device detects snoring, it performs interventions by moving the airbags inside the pillow to open the breathing pathway, and you can feel it move and breathe better. After five months of use, I noticed that it had stopped moving to correct my snoring, and my suffocating snoring returned. I emailed the seller for a replacement. They asked me to do a simple test, and based on the results and some data they had, they insisted that the pillow was functioning properly and advised me to continue using it since it's a long-term solution for snoring issues. They didn't even ask me to send the pillow back for an exam to figure out what's wrong with it.However, I am certain the pillow is not functioning. Recently, especially when I have nasal obstruction, the suffocating snoring has returned. I haven't felt any movement from the pillow lately. I don't believe that such loud snoring, which both my girlfriend and I can hear, could go undetected and always undetected. The seller didn't trust my observations and kept insisting it was fine and that I should continue using it. I was so frustrated with my interactions with them.But as I said, it’s an amazing device. However, due to my snoring problems, I felt compelled to buy a new one. I’m extremely upset that I have to throw away the broken device, essentially wasting $700.If you buy one, I hope the device helps you and that it keeps working, so you don't need to contact the seller for any warranty issues.

I’ve only had my pillow for a few days but absolutely love it. First of all, as a pillow it is is bit firm but extremely comfortable. The cord is long enough where I don’t have to worry about an extension cord. It has a QR code right on the console where it gives great directions on how to download the app. Very easy to navigate. The app shows a weekly summary of how you slept. The app also provides valuable information on how to reduce snoring as well as information on snoring itself. It connects to my home wifi with easy-to-follow instructions. It also has a detection sensitivity adjustment as well an intervention intensity detector. Wry happy so far! It was on the expensive side but you definitely get what you pay for. Very happy with my purchase!

Don’t buy this pillow. Safe your money. This pillow is not working as advertised. Total waste of money. If I could give minus 10 stars, I would.

Notes about this product:1 - The app requires you to provide your location. That seems very unnecessary to me, and makes me uncomfortable.2 - The app is not required for the product. But you do need it for some settings (e.g., massage mode, turn off the light).3 - The product does not allow you to use your own pillow.4 - The pillow is hard as a rock. It hurt my neck, radiating to my fingers. Removing the 2 cm insert fixed this problem.5 - You are not supposed to use your own pillowcase, and the included pillowcase is flimsy. If the cause of snoring is related to snoring that is improved by using a dust protector and washing your pillowcase in hot water, this may not be the product for you.6 - Mine was defective from the start, probably related to the WiFi button. It’s supposed to be used for a demo mode, but that didn’t work, and it’s supposed to be part of connecting in the app, but it wouldn’t. Luckily it was within the Amazon return window.7 - Even with these issues, the core function (inflating when snore detected) should have worked. To the extent that I was aware of an inflation, it was very subtle and not effective. This was on the setting where it was the most sensitive and reacted with the most intervention.The only competitor that I’m aware of, the Smart Nora, did better at stopping snoring, but it broke within 10 weeks.I think this product category will be huge, but neither product works in my experience (seemingly due to manufacturing defect, as opposed to a bad idea). Smart Nora would be better because it allows you to use your own pillow and pillowcase, but at this point I cannot recommend either. I’m hoping that there will soon be next generation products that are made better, cost much less, have quality support and warranties, and don’t require sharing personal information.

I used to have to sleep with earplugs in or sleep in our guest room to get some rest. Most of the nights now, I can sleep peacefully in my own bed. I'm not going to call this a miracle or a 100% fix. My husband still has some bad nights and sometimes the pillow disconnects so we have to remember to check it's working every night, but both of our sleep has vastly inproved.

I would recommend reconsidering this purchase, as it may not provide the value you’re looking for. I decided to return it.
