The media could not be loaded. I was super excited to find this unit as I has been looking for a washer that was compact with hose management that would make using it easier when it came time to put it away. For $350 I was hoping for some bit more sturdy feeling. First impression after using was that the stated psi wasn't anywhere near advertised, but it seemed to perform well enough for my purpose (washing my vehicle and some light cleaning of my porch). Installed May 20th and on June 29, the unit started making a horrific high-pitch noise when operating. Starts about 30 seconds into using it. My video would be longer, but as the noise crescendos, a horrible burning electrical smell comes from the unit and I have to turn it off. Unfortunately since the unit is past Amazons 30 day return window, I contacted the manufacturer. They did get back to me within 2 days, asking me to describe the issue and send a short video.That's pretty standard and I provided the information along with my receipt etc. The response I received was gibberish, calling the noise normal and "caused by the motor's wind blades on the motor cooling wind noise, as well as the vibration of the motor pump caused by vibration noise" and they offered me $30 to go away.So be vary wary of paying this kind of money to a No-Name company. You will likely find they are only interested in moving product and not at all interested in standing behind them. As a comparison, my 12 year old Harbor Freight electric washer has the same build quality, and feels like the same output.Caveat Emptor.

Hands down the best purchase a dad could buy!During new construction build, I had my eye on this power washer and made sure a spigot was placed inside my garage for this product. Would 100% do it again and wish I had another on the backside of my house!Ease of Use:The auto-reel works perfectly - very light pressure is needed to pull the hose from the power washer and it will stop once the desired length is established. Once finished, a slight pull and the hose will easily reel back into the power washer base.Pressure:The pressure seems to be adequate for washing cars, blowing off dust / dirt from driveway, cleaning grills, rugs, etc. However, I would not think it would be adequate to truly deep clean a concrete surface. Have tried to apply high pressure to some stains on the driveway and did not have great results on getting all of the mud residue off the surface. Still believe the pressure is great, but not as good as a traditional gas power washer.Aesthetics:This thing looks awesome in the garage. Sleek design and compact. Couldn't ask for a nicer looking product.Overall Opinion:Would highly recommend for those that need quick access to a medium power pressure washer. Great to quickly pull out and clean whatever household items you would need to cover. This is honestly a must-have around the house and I rated 5 stars as it serves what I need it for. If looking to power wash a driveway that has mold or staining, may not be the best product to buy. However, I do not believe that is its' intended use. Will definitely have this for the rest of my life!

Going with 5 stars on this one, I used this a lot for an entire summer cleaning gutters, tractor, truck… you name it. I started using it this year and a leak appeared. I was instantly furious. I checked the warranty on it and it’s good for 2 years. Thought I was going to run into an issue with trying to file a claim. Not an issue at all. I followed the right steps and sent them what they needed and they sent out a replacement at no cost. Now I know the product had an issue but they stood by their warranty. That’s what I can appreciate. I hope this one lasts me a little longer this time around.
