Desserts and some form of gummi candy were my downfall in my diet. Well, this was until I started using L- Glutamine. It reduced my sugar cravings. I learned glutamine reduces the desire for sugar due to its ability to quickly convert to glucose shutting down the craving signal from the brain. This is huge for me. I another benefit this product has for me is it helps with muscle recovery and helps me sustain my energy levels during my workouts. Highly recommend!

I've purchased three of these from two different stores, and two of them (one from each store) were bad. They smell and taste rancid, and they do not dissolve at all. If you've ever opened an expired box of any of the more "natural" brands of cereals, cookies, or crackers and been hit by that smell, you know exactly what I mean. The expiration dates for both of these is 6/28/2027, so it's not that they're expired. I don't know what the issue is, but it's more than just a natural variation. This is product gone bad.
