I purchased this to help with managing my toddlers thick hair. I’ve only ever blowed dried her hair typically but noticed as she’s gotten older her hair really tangles at the root. This led me to try a pressing comb because she is tender headed and combing or brushing causes a problem.As for the review. The first photos are from my first time use. The comb lowered it’s temperature on its own about 50% the way through her hair. This isn’t for super thick hair where you want to get it all done without having to take a break. So I had to finish her hair at a lower temp.Last photo was today. Decided to try again. We made it 75% of the way before the comb shut off the temperature. I gave her a break, turned the comb off for 20 minutes. It was back to its hottest temps.What I Love about the comb. The heat settings up to 500 degrees. Easy to handle as the bottom swivels as you use the comb in numerous directions. Appearance of the comb is really unique and pretty. My favorite part is the guard attachments that come with the comb. They protect even the most novice user from burning their scalp and edges. You still get a super close press at the root. It’s a plug in so super convenient to sit and do her hair comfortably. The value for money combined with the pros makes this really great buy.

Well what black person don't need a pressing comb? What I like about this comb is it's quick. It does the job, heats up very fast. What I don't like about it is... I wish it got hotter. But I probably don't need heat damage anyway done to my hair. So overall, it's a very good product.

The hair to get hot enough for synthetic hair and it say for natural hair, and I like the fact that he came with combs for the edges
