Tip popping out after 2 months of use

While it was working it was great, but after only 2 months, the tip comes pops out when I use it. I have tried all the different tips with the same return.This is suppose to be a top tier product costing 100 pounds, you would expect for the product to last more than 2 months... I have contacted the seller and hoping to get another new Waterpik, in the hopes mine was defective.
