I have suffered from crashing fatigue, brain fog, low mood and the tired out of nowhere feeling for a good 2-3 years. I couldn't remember a time when I actually felt more than a 6/10. After going back to one pill per day, (on day 3) energy was still high.... but by day 6... I still felt great, but not like at the start. SO...I began taking one at noon lunch, and one before bed. a day later...I am back to that astounding energy. And No headaches whatsoever. All of this to say, I don't know what the ingredient is in this supplement that works so well. Surely it is a combination. Perhaps it is the DIM, or the phyto estrogens. I am a larger woman so I think the double dose is probably what is helping to feel my best. If you are suffering from peri-menopause symptoms and that crashing fatigue and low mood/ brain fog. Give this a try. There will perhaps be headaches for the first few days. But I just took tylenol. I could deal with the headaches anyways, a headache is far better than brain fog and debilitating fatigue. This supplement gave me back my life.

I have not yet finished taking it for a week. However, I noticed better sleep, more energy and no more headache. Glad for the purchase and would repurchase.

The vitamin company reached out to me about my concern and they were amazing. This product caused belly discomfort and nausea. It's possible that my body system just didn't agree with something in the vitamins. I can say for certain I had more energy aside from the nausea and cramps so that in itself is positive. I've taken this vitamin for about a year and it's a great natural support for women going through menopause. Before taking this vitamin I was experiencing all the symptoms of menopause, night sweats ( the worst literally felt like my body was on fire); wait gain, and mood swings. After taking these vitamins for about a year the night sweats have subsided, I've lost weight and maintained it, and I've more control over my emotions. Drawback is if you forget to take them the symptoms start coming back.
