will spraying fungicide for powdery mildew hurt the mycorrhiza in the ground?

If you are spraying foliar you should be fine as long as you're not saturating the ground too much. Mycorrhizal fungi can be sensitive to fungicides but certain mychorrhizal fungi are actually stimulated by certain fungicides. You can also use neem oil to combat powdery mildew. Having a good soil food web in place also does a good job at combating pathogens and invasive funguses.

Will this help promote the growth of clover?

Yes...not as much as a legume inoculant. But is will help root growth

Will this product work well in a soil-less medium like coco coir?

If you are using a soilless medium I am assuming that you are using salt-based nutrients. Salt based nutrients kill the soil food web of which mycorrhizal fungi are only a part of. You should look into the soil food web more specifically look into Jeff lowenfels books and dr. Elaine Ingham. I think you will find that you will be switching to soil especially if you are growing cannabis or vegetables. On the other hand if you are using the soil food web the stuff works great to inoculate the soil with mycorrhizal fungi. More specifically this is the only mychorrhizal fungi that cannabis uses.
