User-friendly and works well
This welder is tiny, lightweight, and works really well. Adjustment is a simple dial with an LED display to show what the amperage output is.I essentially can't weld, since the majority of my experience was decades ago on fluxcore MIG gear.I started with 3/32" 6013 rods, thanks to advice from my buddies. Some dial fiddling was called for, but soon I was putting down horrible beads on some 1/8" plate. The penetration was poor and the beads didn't seem to go where I aimed them.A quick peek at a YouTube tutorial, and I adjusted my amperage way up. Now I was making ridiculous wide flat beads and blowing holes all over my plate. At least now I wasn't false starting nearly every bead!A little bit more fiddling, and I was able to put down a good looking bead. Filler insertion into the parent metal was good, too. This welder runs well with only 110v input. It has survived all my clumsy learning efforts and many mistakes without a hitch. It just starts and goes. Once I had technique and selecting amperage down better, I was able to get good results every time. Now I am able to weld thinwall tubing with it. It does square section tubes with ease, but round is a bear. Results, however, are well worth the trouble. What this all leads up to is, If I can weld using this machine, so can you. It would be a great hobby or light duty welder for someone who actually knows what he's doing.I recommend this good little welder to people of all skill levels

This welder is vety easy to use and worked flawlwssly
I wasnt expecting much from this little welder. But honestly it’s the best compact welder i have owned! Works flawlesly. And i can run it off my inverter generator. . So now i have a compact, reliable welder that i can use in the field. I rate it a 10/10

Great light duty welder!
Knew item would be on the small side, but still thought it would be a lil bigger than it is. That being said, so far, which is only 8 hours after receiving it, I've already ran it through a few areas, testing it and am very surprised with how easy it is to control the weld without over burning my rod or material. Time will tell, but it's looking like this is going to be the perfect tool for the small odd and in things that I'll be finding myself, needing it. Using a 3/32 rod and no problems at all. Definitely recommend for light to medium usage. Be sure to give it breaks every once in a while though, cause of amperage amounts , only so much small fan can do yo disapate the cumulative heat It builds up. Only real negative thing do far is the unreadable manual it comes with. Definitely needs a better translation , cause I understood maybe half a sentence for every page it had, and that was only about 5, or 6 pages.

Very small, but packs a HUGE punch on a budget.
This welder is VERY small, so I didn't expect it to be as impressive as it is. I ran through a little 3/32" 6011 at work just to fool around and see how it'll behave, no hesitation with the right amperage. 7018 in the same size was used to weld the hammer in my photos with this little guy. That's a 4lb head, schedule 40 steel, one pass after a tack weld.If you're a hobby welder, a mechanic looking for an easy little machine to use as needed but don't want to spend thousands, or even a farmer needing a small machine to do quick repairs anywhere, this guy is great. AND it's 110v, which allows you to work anywhere with a 110 outlet nearby. My only complaint is the welding leads are a little short. However you also get 2 extra connectors, so if you bought additional welding cable, and clamps, you can make longer ones. Thus this is a really small issue considering the price point. All told, no I didn't expect high dollar welder performance, or even harbor freight performance, but it beats those things with ease. Even for a novice it isn't hard to use. Absolutely worth the $70 or so. As I said, I'm considering getting another one later for work. Just to have it because what good mechanic doesn't have a welder in his shop?

This is a good quality product.
A well made product. I'm an experienced welder and needed a small very portable unit. This welder came with quality components, works well as advertised. Able to do good stainless steel sheet metal welding, good beads, plenty of power for up to 1/8" welding rod.

Very good for the price.
Works very well, especially considering that it was so very inexpensive. My first time welding in over 40 years. Took a minute to get back to work. Very happy with this inexpensive welding machine.

Don't buy failed after 10 seconds
Like a few others here warning not to buy, listen. I got two anemic sparks from my welding rod with this set to half scale, then it died completely. I couldn't get to trying this out until after the return period. Is says 1 year warranty. I'm waiting for a reply from the manufacturer.
