Used it to keep my 8 Mounjaro pens cool enough for transatlantic 11-hour flights several times with no problem. Passed TSA without a wink. Good product. A little bit more exterior insulation wouldn't hurt, though.

This is perfect for travel. Kept my meds cold from 5 am until 10pm that night. No melting at all so suspect it would keep it cold for twice that long at least. Good quality also

I bought this to take Wegovy with me from the west coast of the US to Europe, and then recently Zepbound when my provider changed the medication. Two boxes (8 doses) of Wegovy fit very nicely along with the ice pack, if the internal sleeve envelopes are removed (easy, just peel them off). Zepbound (4 doses) works, but is a tighter fit. If you need more than a 4 week supply, you may have to find a solution out of the original pharmacy box, which can cause complications in some airport security systems at the moment. I am sure that they will adapt, but for me, this is a good way to carry medications which are improving my health

I'm not giving this a 4 because it isn't a great product. I'm giving 4 stars because I thought it would work for my needs and it fell short. As a type. 1 diabetic I travel a lot and was looking for one bag that could hold EVERYTHING. THIS bag is great for diabetics that use insulin pens. I knew that but was hoping it could be deconstructed to fit my pump supplies, insulin, and small snacks ICOE. This is the largest bag they offer and I wanted it to work, but I still needed another bag.I do like that it comes with 4 reusable and sturdy ice packets, it zips easily, but I wish they thought about the insulin pump users. It is a great bag, just not exactly what I was looking for. This is larger but I don't need space for BGM and those supplies. It is easy to carry, waterproof, but NOT for those looking to travel with insulin, PUMP and CGM supplies together. I'm keeping it because the ice packs work for me.

I use this bag for testosterone and semaglutide for when I travel work. Great bag with lots of pouches for organizing. I pack preassembled syringes, and locking needles in various sizes and still have enough rooms for the ice packs. Stays cold enough for about a day before needing the ice packs changed out.

This is a great medication carrier which goes through TSA with no problem as long as the ice packs are frozen. Used for our Alaskan cruise and had to fly to Seattle. Worked great on several plane trips this fall also.

These boxes hold a lot of insulin sticks and keep them cool for a long time.Took them on two 26 hour flights with no problems.I wish the gel bags were designed a bit better to fit in the box once frozen.

USE cooler only for my refrigerator . Excellent choice keeps medicine dark and cold and holds five + pens , have not tried to the ice pack and travel … so I can’t comment,
