Received fake and defective productIt’s quite different from what was describedIt doesn’t have any on or off switch button as it’s supposed to be electric callus removerMoreover, no extra roller is provided as per product description.Image has bottom charging option, but the product received has side charging. Was wondering when there’s no on or off, what purpose does it serve to charge it .And when opened the bottom cap , it has place for batteries. What’s the need for it when it’s electric ? Nothing has been mentioned about inserting batteriesWasted time and effort to reach out to customer care for this productAmazon should at least check the credibility and integrity of sellers before letting them sell on your platform. Should verify if the product being sent is same as described in your app/web page. That’s bare minimum.Disappointed !!

Request refund
The product I received is different from the description on your website. It does not work without plugging it into the charger and I only received one roller. Additionally, it does not work as expected.I would like to request a full refund of the purchase price.

This product is totally fake, there is no button to on and off the product and there is no extra roller and more importantly u cannot return the product because return bar is not showing, tltally dissapointed!

Good for even ticklish feet
My feet are so ticklish that even I have a hard time touching them. But, do to recent foot problems I knew I was going to have to go to the foot doctor and didn't want to be embarrassed by rough skin on my feet. It has two settings so I was able to start on the lowest, and it was really gross and amazing to see what happened as it filed my skin. The softness is so amazing that I just love this little machine and I can use it longer each time with enjoyment instead of feeling like I'm going to pass out from something being on my feet as I did in the beginning. I liked it so much that I got one for my husband. This has a USB plug so don't buy it if you are expecting a normal plug for a wall. I'm very happy that I purchased this. It is an amazing little tool.

This is a miracle worker
