This is the perfect handmade paper for lettering, poetry, wedding signs, bespoke anything. It's thick and soft and has an excellent texture. It feathers a tiny bit with a pointed pen, but a few mistings of super hold hairspray and the writing surface becomes exactly what I like to letter on. I recommend this for any calligrapher who wants to provide a high-end look. The size is generous as well. The deckled edge is lovely. When I've needed a smaller piece to work with, I've had success gently folding and then saturating the fold on both sides with a little water. And then gently pulling (not tearing) the paper apart at the fold. The new edge blends super well with the existing edges.

Great paper! Very thick to hold form and not have ink bleed through. Only four steps because the edges were a bit rougher than you’d typically expect from these style papers. But overall, it’s a great product

Oh my god- I couldn't love this paper more. It's handcrafted, no piece of paper is exactly alike, and it just adds a really intentional homemade vibe to whatever you're doing. The edge of the paper is soft, like cotton. I made a banner for my sisters baby shower (it was a farmers market themed shower) using oil pastels, colored pencil and paint pens for the calligraphy. The paper took all of those mediums pretty well, minimal bleeding on the paint pen. well deserved 5 stars, buy it yesterday!

This is REALLY GOOD paper for the value. I needed it to be thick and sturdy for my artwork and it is all that and more. Great value for a great product. Will definitely be a frequent buyer.

Beautifully crafted paper. Antique style and elegant finish. However, it’s important to note that this paper is NOT foldable. Therefore, you must buy the correct sized paper and find the correct sized envelope.
