Calligraffiti: The Graphic Art of Niels Shoe Meulman

WAHT AN AMAZING ARTIST!! I discovered him on Amazon, by accident, but quickly found out how prolific this guy has been over the years. He has taken the Graffitti style to new heights as well as new areas. As an artist, its very hard not to be influenced by things I see, and this one is no different!@! Great book.

This was a neat book that I got for my boyfriend for a Christmas gift. Each style is on its' own page so that he can look at one style only and work on it. He really likes it!

I've purchase this book some days ago without great expectations but it surprise me gratefully.Images and binding are of high quality.This book is inspiring to create a graphic identity through calligraphy.If you have it in the wishlist, buy it now.

The book tells Shoe Meulman's story and shows a little bit of his work. All in B&W, shows a lot of different technics and typographic works that he did. It's fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful calligraphy. Shoe is a genius and this book shows you why. I can stare at these things for hours...maybe that's just me.

Original work showcased in a great little book. Hardback and truly inspirational. I came across it from a more traditional graffiti background and it still inspire my work now

El libro es tal y como me lo esperaba, tiene mucha calidad y cumple todas mis expectativas. Lo que no me hizo tanta gracia fue el envío del paquete.El paquete se me envió a través de SEUR. El transportista me llamó para decirme que no había nadie en casa y que dejaría en paquete en una tienda asociada a SEUR. Yo le dije que ok y me dijo que esa misma tarde lo podría recoger. Cuando fui a la tienda me dijeron que el paquete no estaba y que no sabía nada de él, nadie había estado allí de SEUR. Yo escribí a la compañía de transportes informando del problema y ni si quiera recibí respuesta. Volví a pasarme por la tienda varios días después y, sin que nadie me avisara de nada, ahí estaba mi paquete. Nadie de SEUR se ha puesto en contacto conmigo en ningún momento y me parece un servicio pésimo.La verdad es que cuando compro en Amazon me espero un mejor servicio de envío...

è stato acquistato per fare un regalo ad un appassionato di calligrafia, non c'è mai stato un regalo così apprezzato! arrivato nei tempi previsti anche se ordinato appena il giorno prima della festa. consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono fare un pensiero ad una persona appassionata in materia di tenerlo in considerazione

Minimalistisches Coffeetable Buch mit minimalistischen Informationen über den Minimalisten Niels "shoe" Moelmann. Mir etwas zu minimalistisch und definitiv nichts für Praktiker. Die künstlerische Bandbreite von shoe's Arbeiten ist auch eher ein schmales Band. Ingesamt enttäuschend.
