Initially, I was disappointed when I noticed a slight discoloration on the CREA Gold Bathroom Faucet out of the box. However, after installing it, I completely changed my mind! The installation process was incredibly straightforward—pipes clipped in easily, and the hardest part was removing the old faucet. Once that was done, it only took 10-15 minutes to install this one.The faucet's elegant design and smooth functionality have truly elevated my bathroom’s look. Despite my initial concerns, I’m now very pleased with my purchase. If you're considering this faucet, go for it! Just be sure to inspect it upon arrival.

I balked at paying upwards of $600 to replace the faucet and drain in our powder room. The sink was unusable so we disconnected it. On the rare occasion we had visitors, we just directed them to wash their hands at the kitchen sink. But when I was planning a dinner party, my husband reminded me that I should really get the sink fixed first. I still didn’t want to pay hundreds of dollars and the clock was ticking, so I ordered this and figured that if it was junk, I’d just disconnect the sink again after the party.I’m happy to say I haven’t had to disconnect the sink and I forgot how nice it is to not have to cross the house to wash my hands!This is a much better quality faucet than I expected based on the price. I had our plumber install it and he was so impressed with how easy it was to install and that it came with the matching drain insert. It did require more assembly than usual, but the box had every piece of hardware needed for installation. He also said the chargers are a common size that our closest big orange box store carries and that I should be able to change them myself.The size is perfect for my vanity and the height of the spigot is perfect for hand washing. The flow rate is better than on the overly constricted name brand this replaced while the aerator helps prevent wasting water. The higher flow rate is likely the cause for splashing I’ve seen mentioned in some reviews. I have a very wide and deep sink, so haven’t experienced any issues related to that.The finish is high quality and cleaning is a breeze despite living in a hard water area. I opted for the darker gold/brass finish and I have to say it is a bit brassy for my tastes but I’m in the minority based on the compliments I received during the dinner party. And the finish matches beautifully with the gilt highlights on the mahogany colored mirror and vanity base, and makes the cream accents in the dark wallpaper really pop in a way the previous bright light gold fixture never could.I’m very happy I purchased this! I haven’t had any drips or other problems and I plan to buy two more when I remodel the master bath.

The media could not be loaded. This was simple to install for first timers. It’s so pretty and good quality and I love that it swivels. It does have a tiny tiny thin line of red on the hot handle and blue on the cold, which I did not know before installation and would prefer wasn’t there. But it’s so thin that I don’t think anyone else will notice.

This is more of a toy than it is a faucet. The internals of this faucet are all plastic. Don't be fooled by the shiny "brass" hookups as there is a plastic liner in them. I am using this in my camper and it will work perfect for this sort of scenario. If you are using this for your house, spend the good money on a faucet. I could not use the drain. I wouldn't trust it in a household setting either.If you are using this for a camper, it's perfect! I was worried that the water stream would come too far out/away from the faucet but it lands directly in the drain hole which is about 6-8ish inches from the faucet's main body. The water stream isn't perfectly straight up and down but "shoots out" just a smidge which makes it perfect for small sinks. The unit looks good and the swivel of the "neck" is nice especially for such a small sink basin. The old faucet was hard to brush teeth with because it was so close to the back of the sink and really low.Again, I would not trust this in my house being under constant pressure.

I dislike the fact that it began leaking after 3 weeks of use on the top of the main faucet fitting that cannot be repaired. It failed at the crimp point on the faucet delivery hose. As a result, the cabinet floor is damaged and the sink is now inoperable. Looks good, but a disappointing purchase. Would not recommend.
