Q: Why is the adapter shown as included if it’s a separate purchase?

That is probably a question for whoever places the advertisement. It is a good question and having a caveat listed somewhere (other than the booklet AFTER you receive the order) would be extremely helpful.

Q: How long does the battery last at full power? 30-45 minutes?

I just purchased the product and was pleasantly surprised as the power and it lasted 45 minutes on the first use. It did tire my hand...but I had some really caked on brick mold. Hope that helps!
