GREAT lifting tape for CrossFit and heavy lifting; no sticky residue leftover, easy to apply and rip (no scissors needed), and provides flexibility/movement of my thumbs while lifting. The best part, it stays in place when doing multiple reps for a lift. I typically use lifting tape for power cleans, especially when we are doing high reps to protect my thumbs, and this tape was PERFECT. Also...you can't beat the fun colors, quality, and quantity for the price.

Let me start off by saying, I'm comparing this tape to an expensive roll I bought from Walmart. I used the Walmart roll for about 2 months, and it was horrible! The tape from Walmart would stick to my skin, and under 5 minutes into my workout, It'd be slipping and sliding. I could never deadlift very well with it because it would just slip while picking up a heavy weight -- very dangerous. I then swapped over to this tape and OH MY.. the difference! I can add more or less without needing scissors as it's easily ropable, and it does NOT SLIP! I haven't had this for too long and will edit this if I have any problems in the future, but this is a game changer. I loved not having to worry about my hands slipping while deadlifting, stayed in tack, AND gave me some flexibility because it's slightly stretchy unlike the Walmart one. Feels breathable and great, cannot beat this price, especially for how many rolls you get. ZERO complaints from me so far! This is by far the best tape I've come across for heavy lifters, you NEED to try this! Also protects me from calluses pretty well.

I bought a 3 pack of Hook Grip Tape, a 4 pack of Wrist Sweatbands, and a pair of Hand Grips. First, let's start with the lifting grips. I used the grips for pull ups, muscle ups, and deadlifts - and they were great! The fingerless design is super smart and easy. And I love how easy it is to just fold them down so they're out of the way when I'm not using them. Next up, the sweatbands. Obviously they look awesome, but more importantly, they're super high quality. They nailed it with the perfect amount of thickness and stretchiness. And last but not least, the lifting tape. I just have to say WOW!!! I've used a lot of different tapes over the years, but this is by far the best tape! Overall, I'm very happy with the LyftRX products. I'm glad my friend told me to get them. Definitely a staple for any serious lifter or CrossFitter.

This is some of the best tape I've found so far. I'm in my box 7-8 times a week and always tape up my thumbs for any bar work. The tape is comfortable, even when I wrap really tight; the flex allows just enough range of motion. The ONLY issue I have with the tape is that the adhesive wears quick, especially during a decent sweat session - I'm having to rewrap my thumbs a couple of times, which means I'm going through more tape than I thought I would be, and will have to purchase more shortly. Unfortunate, but the tape is still great.

This is the best lifting tape I have used. I use it daily for training and it holds up through everything. It stays in place, does not peel, and protects my thumbs without feeling bulky. It is durable, reliable, and a must have in my gym bag.

This tape is really useful when lifting, or anything that you may need extra grip, and movements that can cause blisters or ripping. The quality is great and really holds up! It's just sticky enough, but not overly sticky. It is also made of a material that is "grippy" which is a nice plus! I've purchased this a few times and love it!

I don't write reviews often, but this tape is brilliant. I use this tape for protecting my thumbs when deadlifting with a hook grip and it is fantastic. It sticks to your thumbs well and stops the knurling on the bar destroying the skin on your thumbs. I have had no problems with the tape unsticking and found it relatively easy to tear with one thumb taped. It should be noted that you get three rolls per pack which is good value. They even provide a handy guide showing you how to wrap your thumbs properly. The tape is great for beginners and experienced weightlifters. I would highly recommend this product.
