This was a great find, after necking a certain branded energy drink before racing, I swapped it for these.I take them 40mins-1 hour before my running and I feel like I have a hit of energy.It looks and tastes exactly the same as a flat energy drink, which is great as the can drinks are too gassy for me and always repeated on me during the racing. This is just a glass of water and one of these tablets, pop the tablet in the water for a couple of minutes whilst it dissolves, then drink. Far easier to drink and tastes great, if you like the flavour of energy drinks.I believe the caffeine content is lower than the canned drinks, approx the same as a cup of coffee, which I find far better as I don't feel like my heart is getting whacked too much and it doesn't have that lasting effect hours later.100% recommend this and will be buying more soon.

They're ok.; taste like old energy drinks. If you put them in a sealed bottle, they make a bit of fizz. They can add a bit of a boost to a squash. I like them, but not as much as I thought I would.

This tasted nice & did what it said it does so 5☆'s for that however 4Gamer is £3 less by the same company for 6 tubes & has exactly the same ingredients with the same % for the same tablets. Look for 4gamer before buying this product as its £3 cheaper. They shouldn't advertise the same products under different packaging & name for different prices. Sue me if you want it's false advertising & you've ripped me off as I bought both. I won't be doing that again, I won't buy either. Rip off merchants!!

A little weak but tasty enough

These are dissolvable tablets that you put into water, and when they dissolve your water will taste a bit like red bull but not quite, and it will also be flat red bull as they don't add any fizz. you will also sometimes have a film on the top of the water, this all sounds bad now that I'm typing it but they really aren't bad its just an accurate description.The tablets take about 2 mins to fully dissolve and your water will be a bright yellow colour, and these do seem to be effective and provide an energy boost.I have marked the flavour down a bit but this is due to my preference as I'm not a real fan of that energy drink type taste, but it really isn't bad and I can drink them with ease.Much cheaper than buying energy drinks in cans, and probably better for you.
