These are excellent value - at a six month supply they work out really cost effective.Easy to swallow and tasting of nothing really. The packaging is all in German - but all of the pertinent details are in the description on the listing page.

Boost your immune
At the current price and for a 6 months supply that makes this product approx £3.60 a month which I think is excellent value for money. Selenium is essential for your immune and this is a high strength product. If you want to stave off viruses then I would recommend supplementing with selenium to anyone if not already getting enough from their diet or feel like they simply need a boost. I take selenium every day as I have a rare genetic disorder and need to keep my immune boosted. This also is vegan ticking an all-important box for me personally and it is made sans magnesium stearate which I see in so many supplements, making this a high-quality supplement. Highly recommend this product.

Good selenium tablets
These seem like good selenium tablets. They are made in Germany, they have only the basic additives you’d expect to make them into tablets and they are suitable for vegetarians. 200mcg is a good daily dose and these represent good value for a six-month supply. (My consultant advised 100mcg, so I take one every other day, making this a year’s supply for me.) The only problem I have is that the label is in German only – although some information in Spanish was stuck onto the outside of the security wrapping, which didn’t help much. However, the tablets themselves seem fine and I’m happy with them.

Easy to take supplement.
I’d say I’ve always had good, healthy and strong nails but as I've aged and with me not having enough time to look after my nails and hands, they are starting to split and have weakened considerably. I got these after reading the benefits online and although my nails are still fragile, after a few months they feel stronger than they have done for a while. I'm hoping that once my nails have grown out the soft splitting parts these will help improve the appearance. I have noticed a difference in how quickly my hair grows also, my hair is also usually quite thin, my hair feels a lot more thicker than usual and I don't seem to have as much breakage as before. They are a good price for a 6 months supply and I will continue to buy them once these run out. They are easy to swallow, do not taste of anything and don’t leave you feeling sick. I use this alongside the Multivitamins.

Good supplement and great, easy-to-swallow tablets.
This is a great value Selenium supplement. You get 6 months' supply and the cost averages out at less than £4 a month. The selenium is well over the RDA, so you are getting a good dose for your money - and it comes as small tablets so is very easy to swallow as well. Very pleased with them, especially the size.

Small so easy to swallow
200micro grams of Selenium is one of the 7 supplements I take daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with paracetamol and lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from Amazon at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver and have been taking these 7 supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing.Selenium is quite an expensive supplement and since this one contains a 6 month supply the value is quite good. These are small tablets, so easier to lose than to swallow ;-).

They are small but hard edged which makes them stick in your throat when trying to swallow
These looked small but because they have straight edges not curved are always getting caught in the back of my throat on the way down. As a result I hate taking them. I've taken them about a week so far but when writing the review decided to check the concentration against what the recommended daily dose is and found its over 3.5 X that. Also that it's possible to have too much of a good thing but that as even Brazil nuts are very high so you could end up with more that recommended anyway by your diet if like me as a vegetarian you like nuts. This brings me to what I also learned, which was vegans in particular those who don't or cannot eat nuts are likely to need selenium among other things as may well be short of it as much of it comes from meat and other animal products.Another manufacturers listing of their selenium supplement give the warning:Any consumption of vitamin C (supplements, juices) should only take place after an interval of 2-3 hours. Vitamin C turns sodium selenite into a form that cannot be used by the body.Whereas this manufacturer merely says take this with plenty of water to avoid risk of suffocation (they obviously found these stick in the throat) but no warning about avoiding vitamin c so thought I'd put it here. They are ok and maybe I'll get used to them but I suspect I'll take them now and then as I don't like taking them and as they say when I'm eating a balanced diet I shouldn't need supplements. I'm a vegetarian whose cutting down on animal derivatives like milk and eggs and I'm on the 5:2 so I could take one on those days.
