Lo stampo in legno è ben fatto. E' arrivato in perfette condizioni e nei tempi previsti. Da questo punto di vista sono soddisfatto. Ma devo evidenziare un equivoco nato dalle foto del prodotto. Mi aspettavo di ricevere due stampi separati come da foto, ma è arrivato solo un pezzo inciso, in verità, sulle due parti fronte e retro.

Bene fatto ma complicato da usare
Ni, è difficile da utilizzare, l'impasto deve essere calibrato benissimo e piuttosto asciutto pena restare incollato allo stampo, sfortunatamente per i ravioli un impasto simile non va per niente bene.
