Overpriced for what it is
My gliders love this and so do I. Less cleaning, bigger area for them to jump and run without getting hurt. Two of them try to use it at the same time, so I guess I have to get another. Downfall is that there really is no reason for this to be priced as high as it is. It's just plastic and you can get similar wheels for half of what this costs. It is quiet, but so isn't my hedgehog wheel same size not flimsy plastic like this one, and theirs is solid so I can put in strips for their nails, not this one. Same exact mechanisms in the two, just this one is overpriced.

Very quiet
Not bad finally a wheel with low sound. Well worth it, give it a shot!

My gliders love it.
My gliders use this every night. It’s quite enough that I hear the gliders feet on the material more than I hear the actual wheel. Feels sturdy, it’s a quick install, and it’s super quite.

Missing parts
The mounting kit came in a gallon zip loc bag and was missing the spacer and nut and did not have any paperwork or assembly instructions. I expect better quality.
