Yes, there are holes in the bottom of the legs so it could be screwed to a deck.

Q: I need a replacement canopy and mesh curtain

Check Amazon for something generic as they don’t provide it

Q: Did anyone had rain coming through the fabric ?

Yes it's not very water proof and the seams don't look very strong. I can see holes on the seam lines. Looks pretty but not as strong as I thought it would be and not water proof. We are going to try to put water proofing on the fabric. Hope it works
