Short Stories that make you think and in doing so improve your self talk with respect to a multitude of subjects.The book is aptly named Life Lessons and is another great piece of work by Dr. Conte.In my opinion Dr. Conte is one of the best doctors in the world and I'm very appreciative of his books, youtube videos, and tweets.Please spread the word about Dr. Conte's work for someone who may need help or wants a great book.

Loved the stories that came right to the object lessons I more than occasionally need. This format allows for handy implementation when I discover I am off track. Thank you for a new perspective via some lovely tools. An especial thank you to Kaia.

The author is wonderful. His YouTube videos led me to his books. I like this book because it helped me identify and address some anger issues by simplifying them in short stories.

I would give this book 10 stars if I could. Dr. Conte does an impeccable job conveying complex concepts into simple and applicable terms. His use of stories and commentary doesn't fail to strike an epiphany of some kind. This book can be used for personal growth as well as a resource for counselors to utilize with clients. I can undoubtedly say that no one will be disappointed with buying this book. It is unbelievably good and very useful. Enjoy!!

"Life Lessons" is a perfect title for this remarkable book. "Life" happens for each of us every single day and the way we react to our experiences has a huge impact on our happiness. These stories/tales will challenge your perception and bring forth a much deeper level of awareness. I find myself often revisiting stories and taking more away from them each time. Highly recommend Dr. Conte's book!!

this book is broken down into different stories that can be applied to various situations. Very much enjoy the views Dr. Christian Conte presents. Highly recommend

I want to give 4.5 but I can't. The only real drawback is that the chapters don't really flow well but the writing is superb and adaptable. I'd also like some worksheets in the back but it is what it is. I'll make my own.
