Alcatel20.57 UK Sim Free Feature Phone,Black

I bought this phone to replace another Alcatel mobile phone which I had had for a few years, which was also a flip phone. I really like that design because it protects the keypad when the phone is in your pocket so you can't accidentally press any of the keys( though it does also have a keypad lock function as well). I have had the phone for a month or so now and have found it very easy to use and perfect for my very basic needs. I transferred my Tesco pay as you go SIM card from the previous Alcatel phone, though I had to ask Tesco for a smaller size SIM card which they sent me next day free of charge. The phone has a built in camera and torch, neither of which I really need. The camera needs to have a memory card installed on the phone. I bought a SanDisk 32 mb one from Amazon for £5.99. You can also have another SIM card in it as well if you want. There are lots of other things I like about the phone. It is very small but quite pleasant to hold, yet has decent sized keys. Yes, a bargain I think.

Bought this for my brother as he accidentally damaged an Alcatel phone he had for many years. Was impressed with speed of delivery and that the keys were large. Easy to use. He is delighted with this phone.

Really pleased with this phone. It does everything I need it to and nothing more. Only things I will say is that it DOES feel a bit cheap/flimsy (but I was expecting this) and also the volume isn't great, on speakerphone or on normal calling - I've had to whack the volume up to full. Otherwise great bit of kit for a reasonable price.

The phone itself is very good, but the contact wire has broken in the charger after only a couple of months use.I have had 4 different Alcatel phones (different model) and have had the same problem with all of them!!The phones themselves work fine , but rubbish chargers .cannot find replacement chargers.Therefore will not purchase Alcatel phone again .

I was looking for a simple phone does calls and texts, this is a fair priced phone with a camera aswell.Battery lasts ages and has bluetooth so can use in car etc. Has a radio inbuilt but need headphones to make work. Very happy.

I don't like phones.This is better than my previous phone, but I have a camera and I don't want one in a phone.The buttons are a little bigger and not so fiddly, but the screen is very high resolution for its size, and all the things you actually need to see on it are small, which is bad.Amazon is asking me to rate its touch screen, it doesn't have a touch screen, which is not a fault, it's not meant to have a touch screen.
