Not completely but good enough to tune out most of your surroundings.

Q: Is the right charging cable provided? Because the cable won't go into the port in the headphones

The charging cable we provide is type C. You can also use your type C charging cable to connect the earphone to charge it

Q: Does it work for chromebooks and iPhones?

I have an iPhone 12 and that works just great. Mow the lawn or I go bike riding. I have not tried it with my computer yet.
