Could not have been easier to install, although I did watch a few YouTube videos first, but there are only two wires to connect. Disconnect old. Insert batteries. Sync by holding in the learn button until it beeps. Connect the only two wires. Watch it work so easy. All I needed was on and off, and this was the exact right product. After five minutes to install, go to computer and write a good review. Thank you!

Simple setup and I bought it to swap out one that batteries had ruined. I couldn't get it to work so I called a professional to install it and he found no voltage (6v required) was not coming out of the box. No volts in fact were coming out. He tried synching the remote twice and confirmation beeps were audible, but again no voltage coming out of the box. Internal wiring or solder issue.

Fast Delivery and helpful hints from seller however our son will install the wall unit for us and that will probably be closer to fall. Everything looks like the one that was originally installed in 20ll when house was built .

Update: Vendor issued a full refund and didn't require return of defective units, cannot fault that level of service.Ordered this device to replace failed OEM unit. First unit wouldn't sync with the receiver shipped with the remote. Contacted vendor and was given more detailed sync instructions, but they didn't resolve issue.Vendor sent 2nd unit but didn't want original unit returned. Received 2nd unit, removed batteries from 1st unit, installed fresh batteries in new receiver and remote and attempted to sync remote and receiver, still refused to sync.Thinking I must have done something wrong, removed batteries from remote and receiver and had my wife try to sync following detailed instructions vendor sent. Nope! Still wouldn't sync. Had a neighbor try the same process, Nope! Still no sync.I just ordered an OEM replacement at same cost of 2 of this product.I don't recommend this product at all.
