Product arrived packaged well and on time. After reading multiple reviews stating a cable puller would be needed, we were a little apprehensive about trying to install this with the broom method described in the directions. However we were pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to install. The broom method worked great for us (but we use garden rakes instead). We (2 adults) had the zip line up and were testing within an hour. We’ve tweaked it several times to get it just right, and now our kids don’t want to get off of it! One thing we learned while tweaking is that we actually wanted more sag in the line. When we initially installed, we tried to make the cable as taut as we could. We found that actually made our line too fast and the kids hit the spring hard at the end. We solved for this by adding more slack into the line with the turnbuckle. This sag causes the rider to begin slowing near the middle of the ride and helps provide a gentler finish. Overall we are very happy with the purchase! It seems sturdy and should last (time will tell as we’ve only had this about a week).

We installed the zip line between two trees in our backyard, length 100’. It took a lot of adjusting to get the cable to where we wanted it. Everyone loves it. The brake works great. The only negative I have is that the seat could be larger.

The whole kit is great except for the trolley. It’s hard/impossible to remove quickly and the handle wraps cane off immediately. Otherwise a really good value even once I upgrade the trolley. And the instructions are terrible.

My kids love this zipline. I was able to install in a few hours and happy with the quality of the materials. The guide helps understand the correct angle to measure for sloping ground and is easy to follow. The seat didn't arrive with my kit, however their customer service quickly sent me a new one. The kids enjoy the light show and riding it at night.

Great product. Installation instructions are lacking but I was able to find a utube installation video and got it up in about an hour.Kids love it and have had ages 5-10 playing on it for hours!

WE had multiple age groups and mixes of grandchildren over the long holidays. The "zip" was great to entertain them safely and also to use up a lot of sugar induced energy. WE set it up so they have to pull one another to get started. Easy on and off from ground level. It required a lot of cooperation and was fun for everyone.

Amazing product, so much fun for our whole family, day or night! Feel totally safe with our little ones on this.

The cable provided for the end-point proved to be too short for our tree. We ended up flipping the ends and making things work.I recommend having a pair of ratchet straps on hand to make pulling the cable taut easier. Steel cables are difficult to grab and pull by hand. Also, I could have used just a bit more of the tape provided (I substituted with duct tape).The nylon rope for the seat is too thin and slippery. Also, the plastic seat could be a bit more textured to make it less slippery. The built-in lights are a nice touch.The directions are helpful and the overall quality of the main components is good.
