Hill's Prescription Diet Metabolic Feline Cat Food, Weight Management, 4 kg

Both my cats were overweight and have been on this food for about 4 months. The vet is super impressed with their progress and says this food is the most effective of all the weight loss/ control options that her patients use. Cat's are happy and clear their bowls without complaint.

We needed to put our 3 year old female on diet as recommended but our vet, she is has gained to much weight in recent months after we discovered she was was eating her own food & also the other cats food in the house, she’s not keen on flavour but l have stuck with it her weight is slowly coming down. I feed her the recommended portion each day so yes it is working but once she’s reached her goal weight l will give her normal food. I would have tried another flavour but it’s to costly to try a variety plus l have no need to put my other cat on a diet so it would be wasted! I read other recommendations who’s cats enjoyed it but not ours!

Recommended by veterinary practice to reduce the weight of an over 8kg cat. His weight is reducing slowly, he is more active and appears much happier. Have previously used the so called 'light' diets for neutered cats in the past but this is the only diet that has worked for him. Will continue to be monitored by vet every six months.

We use this product as our cat is prone to gain weight easily and we have found that by replacing one meal a day with these biscuits seem to help manage this.

I stupidly failed to note when reordering that this seller was offering a far smaller quantity for almost double the price ! definitely won't make that mistake again -

Ottime crocchette per una dieta dimagrante. Inoltre il mio gatto ha apprezzato, anche se non subito, il sapore e l'odore del nuovo cibo. Se associate al movimento dell'animale, queste crocchette sono un'ottima scelta (anche a livello di qualità - prezzo)

Unsere nun älter werdende Katze hatte gleich mehrere Probleme - Ein Umzug, der erste, den sie nicht akzeptierte - Mehrere Katzennachbarn - und einen Kreuzbandriss. Bisher hatte sie sich sehr gut selbst steuern können (im Gegensatz zu ihrer Schwester), sie hat immer nur soviel gegessen wie sie brauchte und war schlank. Aber die reichlich Leiden brachten uns ziemlich schlechte Laune und Frustfrass. Sie hat absurd zugenommen, über ein Kilo! Nach zwei Monaten ist sie dank des Futters, dass sie von Anfang an akzeptierte, im Gegenteil wohl mag - sie liess im Übergang das alte liegen und pickte nur dieses heraus, wieder topfit und schlank.

Mi gato lleva tiempo consumiendo este pienso. En el veterinario me lo venden a más de 50€, el paquete de 4 kilos. Ha sido una muy buena oferta y una gran ayuda poder comprarla a este precio. Es una marca muy buena, recomendada por el veterinario que realmente a ayudado a mi gato a bajar de peso. A parte de que le gusta mucho. Hay marcas que no le gustan y no hay manera de que las coma.

Wir haben einen Haustiger (Maine Coon) der leider durch eine Hüftdysplasie immer mehr zum "Liegekater" mutiert ist. Wir konnten nicht schnell genug reagieren und er hat durch das "normale" Maine Coon Futter leider stark zugenommen. Beim Tierarzt haben wir dann das Hills empfohlen bekommen, zuerst untergemischt, dann den Anteil des MC Futters immer weiter gesenkt und von einem Tag auf den Anderen komplett ausgelassen. Seither liebt er sein Weight Control Futter und freut sich morgens beim Öffnen der Dose mit dem Futter. Es schmeckt und wirkt, daher 5 Sterne - ihm geht es auch mit der Hüfte besser!
