MODEROID Ikaruga(3rd-Run)

Let me start by saying that I am relatively new to gunpla. This was actually the first kit I bought. Loved the anime, and this is one of my favorite mechs. I assembled three HG and one MG kit before I actually got around to this one (wanted a little experience first). I would recommend using glue where the instructions say to, unless you aren't going to move it around much. Mine is holding just fine without glue, but it wouldn't take much to loose a piece. Took me maybe 4hrs to get where I'm at (all assembled, minus decals). But again, I'm new and haven't gotten into all the refining detail work some hobbyists get into (yet), so I'm holding off on applying the decals for now. Overall I would recommend this kit to anyone interested in the anime/manga/LN or just this design, it's not complicated and it's looking pretty good so far!

As this is the first in the line I'm unsure of the following kits. What I will say is this is a project. There are a lot of points that absolutely need painting to make it accurate to the design. Another mark against the kit are the sticker decals. With most of the surfaces being concave or convex it makes the application of the decals a serious trial. Waterslides would have been the better choice. But finding waterslide for this kit can be a bit challenging. The design of the decals are stylish and add a lot to the kit. I know what I've said in this review might be off putting but with a bit of work it can be quite beautiful. But this can not be said lightly this is NOT a kit for beginners and will take time and effort to get an accurate representation of the Ikaruga.

作るのは大変ですねw 特に塗装するなら仮組みしたくないレベルです 個人的にモールドの追加等はしない方がカッコ良さそうなので余計な手は加えませんが大変です

よくできたプラモデルでした。グッドスマイルカンパニー製は初体験でしたので購入には勇気が必要でしたけどね。 塗り残しはありますが、それでもそのまま組むだけでそれなりに設定カラーが再現されている点がすばらしいです。できる範囲で塗り分けはしましたけどね。 問題は薄いパーツは簡単に折れます。パーツ組み上げは慎重にしないと修理が大変です。実際、2ヶ所修理しました。 ちなみにキンピカは好きじゃないので黄色にしました。青と黄は相性いいですねぇ～

斑鳩の難しい造形をここまで再現できるのは凄いと思ったし、情報量もそれなりにあるので良かったです。 保持力が弱かったり、色分けや組み立てが初心者向けではないため初めて作るのはおすすめしませんか、慣れてからだと塗装箇所が明白なので部分塗装練習などには良いかと思います。

これからも頑張って欲しいメーカーです。色んなロボットを出してくれてるので！

スタイルも格好いいし、作りこみも案外しっかりしてると思います。 ノンスケールとの事ですが、大きさは某社プラモデルMGとRGの中間ぐらいで、モ◯ルスーツとのサイズ差を考えるとMG相当になるのかな？といった感じです ランナーは多いですがパーツの色分けが中途半端で(特に武器とか)見本や画像のように格好よく作るには塗装やら加工などが初心者さんにはちょっと大変かと思います。 総合して、どうしてもガ◯プラと比べるとあと一歩惜しい作品だと感じてしまいますが、頑張れば良い物が作れると思います。
