I was hesitant to try this because it is expensive for the amount and it is made from organ meats. I was afraid it would taste like blood or iron. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was in the ground meat I cooked for tacos. I would buy it again , but will wait for the sale price again. Have no fear, give it a try.

This stuff exceeds my expectations. Amazing spice flavor on its own. I bought it for the organ meats for my carnivore diet but the flavor is better than most flavoring you'd buy stand alone.

Believe it or not, this is absolutely delish. Addicting, I put it on everything. It’s kind of like everything bagel seasonings but without any allergic reaction. It doesn’t taste weird at all. I certainly don’t think “oh yuck I can taste the organ meat” lol.
