Durable product
Good quality and I was able to fit it myself. Still working 6 months on. Filling speed is quick.

European fitting.
I have a standard Irish toilet and I wanted to get a push button system instead of a lever (young kids, struggling to use it). Saw this at a great price and said I'd try it. It arrived the next day (I have Prime) and I went about installing it. All was going well until I came to the coupling plate (the silver bit that connects the cistern to the toilet) because this kit does not include the plate, and the one that is used on standard Irish toilets is too small. I COULD NOT get a plate to fit over the new fitting in any local plumbing supplier (as it is a EURO size) so I had to improve and make the hole on the old one a bit bigger with the help of the hacksaw. Once I got this sorted, it was a breeze. It works really well but perhaps the button push is a tad on the hard side to push. All in all, it's good but be aware of the dreaded coupling problem.

Perfect replacement for Irish toilet
Absolute fantastic product the ibergrif M20521 for the price and allowed a first time DIY attempt at plumbing to go wonderfully. Very easy to install. Build quality is better than the one I replaced as its copper and not only plastic (see photo of old grey one installed in new build 2017). No leakage even though I used no epoxy and just hand tightened the parts together. Only thing that was also needed was a reducing bush to take the larger size water pipe down to the G3/8 size of this fill valve (see photo). Bought for a euro in Screwfix. Fits perfectly and fills up much quicker than before. Noise level is standard and as it fills quicker it gets quiet quicker too!I've now bought 2 more to keep as spares for the other toilets in the house.

Works great and pretty easy install.
Just a quick note, make sure your current cold water inlet fits the 3/8 connection. I forgot to do that and ended up having to shop around for some connections to make a feed that makes it fit the BSP connection.Besides that, installed great and been working couple months no issues.

Incorrect product information
Good quality well made value for money product, but the description needs updating resulting in the product being returned. The product information has a diagram that shows the water outlet tube fitting a 2” water hole in the cistern tank base. The actual product outlet tube/pipe measures 2.25” inches so the product will not fit a 2” outlet hole in the cistern base. Product information needs to be corrected to avoid unnecessary returns.

Wrong size of thread for UK
Beware, the thread size is not the standard UK one, thus you will need an adaptor. Since it was not clearly stated, it wasted my time fitting ti until it did not connect to the pipe, and then searching to get an adaptor

Happy plumber!
The plumber who fitted this found it easy to fit and adjust, it works well and feels solid, and a nice feature is that the cable that connects to the loo flush push buttons is clip-on. That makes it easy to remove the porcelain lid on the WC water tank for cleaning and servicing in the case that the floater breaks. This syphon was sourced as a replacement for a Geberit syphon which is not available anymore. It does not come with a floater but the plumber had one in his van, a standard model.
