OK, I'm not a groupie. Well, if you could be a groupie for supplements then ok, fine - I'm a groupie. I just simply dig BioOptimal products!They've done it again. I swear, everything these guys touch is gold! Right now, this very second, in my cupboard is BioOptimal collagen powder, spirulina, and turmeric. I use them, and I love them. I have literally been buying most of these products for years from other companies -and believe me, I've tried some of the best brands. BioOptimal is right up there with the best.I would seriously re-consider any negative reviews and take them for what they are. Look to folks who USE the product properly. Folks who have the ability to compare - FROM EXPERIENCE - the different products. Are these guys the absolutely best - probably not. If you've had your eyes open you realize that there are a TON of supplement manufacturers, some of them super high-end. Is BioOptimal one of the best though, absolutely and without a shadow of a doubt.What you get with BioOptimal is certified non-GMO products, organic where possible, high-quality top-notch products. That's kind of a long intro - but I thought I should be honest about my bias. I bought this stuff - they didn't give it me or in some way coerce me into giving a review. LOLOK - for the review. This MCT oil rocks! I'll skip all of the techie stuff and trust you know about the benefits of medium chain triglycerides (MCT). If you don't, in short, MCTs are much easier to process, digest, and utilize that LCTs (Long chain triglycerides). They are quickly used by the body for energy and (As some believe) fat burning. They aren't stored as fat, and they are more and more being shown to have benefits with regard to overall heart and brain health. In short - MCT is good, LCT is bad.This MCT is good - really good as a matter of fact. I've tried other brands like Nutiva and Natural Force (belletproof makes some too). For the money, I absolutely see the energy benefits that BioOptimal MCT oil is known for and the price is right! I can get it prime, which is cool. But for me I will put my money on BioOptimal products. I love their other products, as I said, and the collagen powder truly is the best I've tried - bar none. The Turmeric and Spirulina are both good, and I continue to realize the requisite benefits of both, though for me I think it's easier to tell directly the benefits of collagen powder. Anyway, this MCT oil does not disappoints just like the rest of their products.I would absolutely and whole heartedly recommend this MCT oil - so take it for what it's worth from an apparent BioOptimal groupie!

Best one I can find right now for the price, ratios and amount that you get. I’m almost out, and ordering my second bottle of this today. This is a C8 and C10 combo. If your stomach doesn’t like it, it’s not because of the brand. All equal brands of the same C8:C10 ratio will do this to you if your stomach was sensitive to this one, and definitely stay away from a pure (100%) C8!. So, if you aren’t sure which oil to get with the same C8:C10 ratios, you might as well get this one because it’s priced the best! Picture included is of my bulletproof coffee that contains the MCT oil.

I recently purchased this product and the company support has been great. There is no taste and it goes well in my smoothies and other dishes that I make. Hopefully it will help reduce the inflammation that I have and make my life a little easier.

Taste-free, Good Keto Product! No intestinal distress with 1T in my daily "Butter Coffee"...

I've been using the MCG Oil for slightly over a week. There's no taste or odor to it. I wake up dragging most mornings from lack of sleep. I take a tablespoon by itself, then drink an 8 oz cup of coffee. The tiredness disappears. Yesterday was the first time in months that I got on the treadmill. My normal routine is to do 10 miles but my intent was to only do 5 miles due to my lack of exercise over the past few months. Surprisingly, I did 10 miles effortlessly. I had plenty of energy. Also, I started out taking one tablespoon and some days taking 2. I've had absolutely no problems with upset stomach or have to run to the bathroom. That could also be due to the fact that I've consistently taken all types of health supplements throughout the years.

I love the taste -- it blends well with anything! With salads, smoothies, beverages, etc. With beverages and smoothies, the blender is a must -- otherwise, it floats on top. I was able to whip it with a spoon to mix into a drink but the easiest method is the blender. I did have one complaint -- the cap that is provided with the product was defective in that it didn't fit tightly enough and allowed oil to seep out around the bottom of the cap (only when you pour from the cap).

I have not personally tasted this product. I purchased for my dogs. They love it (even though it states it is unflavored, they act like it's a nice hot steak off the grill) and refuse to eat their food if the oil isnt on it. It has helped with their skin and hair so much. Less itchy dry skin, softer hair, shiny hair. I'm a repeat customer for sure!

This stuff hurt my stomach pretty bad I aint playing that again!
