hmmmm
It’s the classic Meghan playlist. It’s never failing. It was longer in spots when it could have been edited and too short at the end. Is this going to stop me from reading her work? HELL NO! It’s funny, sexy, sweet, a little heartbreaking. Just red the damn book!!

Loved it!
Great read, enjoyed it all - except the email scandal of course! Great storyline and characters, looking forward to continuing with them.Note: On page 128, JP mentioned the two weeks in SF before Huxley told them about it. Also on their date the hoodie disappeared. Just small details, but they matter.

I'm obsessed with JP's pigeon obsession.
idk I thought it was a little slow for me (which I wouldn't take stars off because that's a personal preference) but in regards to the writing I'm not super sure how likable Meghan made Kelsey and JP?? Like I LOVE Meghan and K+J but I felt like sometimes they were unlikable..... also again too many spicy scenes for me but again that's a personal thing so didn't take off a star for it lol- mostly just the characters and this story felt a little sloppier than the first one which makes sense! Still a good read- just kinda worked to get to the good parts lol

Not a HEA but realistic
This was a good follow-up to the first book, not my favorite ending, but it is what to be expected. I am very intrigued to see what book 3 is going to be like.

JP (Jonah) and Kelsie’s story
Absolutely loved Jonah, he made me laugh a lot. Kelsie on the other hand was just weird to me and she was very mean spirited to JP. On to the next one

enemies to friends to lovers 🥹
This was such an adorable book and I sure do love JP. The special guest spot with Kazoo at the end was adorable 🥹Mrs Quinn has done it, yet again!

JP Cane and his pigeons!
I first read about the Cane brothers in a couple other Meghan Quinn series. Although very intrigued by all of the brothers, I wanted to know the origin of JP's love of pigeons. And I got it!When JP meets Kelsey, his soon-to-be sister-in-law, he's immediately smitten with her. Kelsey's focus was building her sustainable organizing company, she wanted nothing to do with JP. She doesn't want to mess up her chance to grow her company, and build upon its current success. When they're sent to San Francisco by their boss (and JP's brother Huxley) to work on the renovation of an acquired hotel, JP and Kelsey get to know each other without the distractions of home. JP's already smitten, and he's determined to make Kelsey see him as someone she'd like to date.I loved the evolution of JP and Kelsey's relationship. With their constant bickering/banter, they really are becoming friends. Having taken his father's passing very hard, JP is reluctant to open up his heart, so he keeps his playboy and silly brother mask in place. As he and Kelsey spend more time, they both are allowing their very strong walls to come down a bit, and they begin to fall for the people they keep hidden from most people. There's plenty of heat between these two, and I love seeing characters from other books in the series and in previous series.JP's love of saving the pigeons is contagious--and at times hilarious! And I loved Kelsey's passion project so much. No spoilers, but it significantly increased my MQ TBR.Aaron Shedlock does a magnificent job narrating JP Cane, and one of my favorite narrators, Stella Hunter is her usual perfect self voicing Kelsey.
