Dymo DYM12966 Organizer Xpress Pro Manual Label Maker

I had one previous to this one and it recently stopped functioning due to years of service.Because of it years of service to me and my family I went with a direct replacement and have been and I’m sure will be very pleased with it service for us.Simple design makes it very easy to use and reload the replacement label cartridges that in fact come with it (3). I recommend this product for sure.

I used this to make name tags for houseplants. They came out super cute. I will say that it sometimes messes up and won’t make the letter or move the tape for some reason. It’s led to some wasted tape for sure. It works well most of the time and serves its purpose for my needs, but it’s definitely not amazing.

I have looked at label makers for years and finally settled on this one. The process is very simple and I love the look of the embossed letters! If you’re looking for simple and cute, this is it!

I absolutely loved this thing at first. It was easy to use, and so useful with helping me label my kitchen storage. Then I needed to replace the first roll of labels that it came preloaded with. After watching some videos, I was able to get it loaded up again with a new roll of labels. Had some hiccups at first, but then it was working great. Hadn't had any issues, was still using it periodically. It was completely fine the last time I used it, and then I went to pick it up and use it again and it won't feed through properly now. I took it apart completely, found some clippings of labels inside, cleaned it up and put it back together. Except it still won't feed no matter what I do. It might work for a character or two with me manually pushing the label roll through, I can't get it to work properly on it's own at this point at all, and I've taken it apart multiple times. I'm frustrated because I did really love using this thing while it did work. But now its a complete waste.

I love the idea of labeling a bunch of spice glasses; however this is not a durable label maker at all. Very flimsy and you really have to put your work into it just to get a letter to actually appear. If you use minimal force, your letter will not show up on the label. My boyfriend got a few clear letters on there but it took way to much effort and way too many trials just to get lemon to appear on a label! The first 6 times you could hardly see the letters!

This label-maker is wonderful! I am not being cheeky when I say it has changed my life. Quick, simple, and adorable! I have easily already labeled most things in my home and school (I am an art teacher so there is PLENTY to be labeled) and the thing isn't even halfway through the roll! I would recommend to any educator or human with hopes to organize! I have used the printed ones in the past but I feel as though they complicate with multiple settings and symbols. This has the letters, numbers, and basic punctuation necessary to deliver a clear, cute and immediate label. Not flashy, just right.I just really like it, okay.

I love this product! I love labels but I wanted something different than the standard printed label. With this, you dont get to adjust letter height or anything, but i love how it looks so much more. My biggest tip would be to not try and rush through it, and be deliberate when you pull the trigger back. Little short/ light pulls dont work as well. Pull it back, give it half a second, and release. But have some fun! Even my fiance enjoyed making labels for his stuff. And anything to help him keep his stuff organized is a plus!

I selected this model because it includes the "/" character (necessary for fractions), which many others do not.For easier reading, I would prefer a larger font -- some label makers do use a larger font on that same 3/8" tape.The cutter works well. (I have seen others that do not work so well.)
