It's good for pretzels but good for popcorn too. I don't think I would use it to cook with though.

Apparently pretzel salt is hard to find, so I bought it on Amazon. Worked great for soft pretzels

We enjoy making homemade pretzels but have used kosher or sea salt to sprinkle on them. My son finally persuaded me that we should try actual pretzel salt and this is great! It made the pretzels much more authentic. The taste is great, and it's very easy to use. It seems like a good price for the amount you get. Because the grains are so large, you don't use that much. I made 12 large pretzels and hardly used any, so this bag will last us a long time!
