At first, I was not satisfied. I kept trying different positions. I finally found the right one. For me, it was the bump on my neck and the flat part on my head. I really like how you can customize this pillow in many different positions. I can finally sleep and not wake up with neck pain anymore.

I was looking for a small pillow that I could pack and take with me when we travel so I ordered this one. It is GREAT! Very comfortable and compact so it will fit in a suitcase if necessary. But the best part is it's so comfortable I just use it every night and gave up my other pillow! Using a CPAP is sometimes difficult with certain pillows but this one works very well and my mask stays in place all night. For me, I leave both pieces together and stack them on top of each other. This makes the height just perfect for me. I highly recommend and would purchase again.

I started to get really bad cervical neck pain after going from a very active lifestyle to sitting to sitting at a desk and studying all day. After one particular time period of consistent pain and migraines (which I have suffered from since my early teens) that didn't resolve no matter what I tried, I decided to look into pillows that were specifically designed to support my cervical spine. Ultimately, I bought this more versatile pillow and one for my bed. This ones nice, better than my previous pillow, and I like that you can use it in different ways. However, it's a bit narrow for my preference and doesn't elevate my neck and back as much as I'd like. Also I wish it were just a little bit for firm. Overall, I decided to keep it because I can travel with it if necessary and I can use it in different ways for different things/.

When you have arthritis in your neck, at times it is very difficult to get quality sleep. I have bought so many different kinds of pillows that I’ve lost count. I have tried to sew my own pillows many times. This pillow is perfect for me because the height of the pillow and the indent for my neck work are ideal. I mainly sleep on my back, which I have adjusted to over the last 5 to 10 years. There are times during the night when I flip over onto my left side, but this pillow still works for that. I have bought several of these pillows in case they ever stop making them so that I don’t have to try to sleep on a pillow that doesn’t fit my neck or my situation. If you have a stiff neck like I do, you should definitely give this pillow a try.

It does the job. Due to my specific neck issues, I wish it was a bit higher but the product is exactly what was described.

I thought I’d finally found my magic cure for my neck pain and in theory this came close. Unfortunately it is not nearly as firm and supportive as I expected/hoped. Fabric quality is nice but the pillow squishes right down with the weight of the head.

This pillow is so versatile and I love it. I recently was diagnosed with arthritis, my neck has been making a snapping sound so I decided to go on a search for a pillow that would stabilize my neck while I sleep. I bought one and it was bulky and awkward to use it actually hurt my neck. I returned it and found this one. I layed down on it and there was no pressure it was quite comfortable. I am a side sleeper so the most amazing part is that l can unzip the top and easily slip it under my neck while I layed on my side without feeling my neck hanging. It stabilized my neck. This is an amazing pillow, its inexpensive and versatile I highly recommend this for anyone with neck and shoulder issues.

If you're looking to get this to get rid of neck pain you came to the wrong place. This puts so much pressure on your neck and shoulders it just hurts. Don't use it overnight. You'll wake up in pain the next day. Save your money
