I live in a moderately hard water area and have therefore been using these tablets in accordance with recommended schedule from day-1 in Neff integrated bean-cup coffee machine. This not only ensures the machine is being looked after properly which, in turn, provides peace of mind but also offers some mitigation in the event of a warranty claim (always check manufacturers T&C's carefully ... damage caused by calcification is not covered!)

I have a Siemens Bean to cup coffee machine, a gift to myself for securing a new job and probably the best and most expensive kitchen appliance I have ever bought. I live in a hard water area so although I use a Brita water filter jug to soften the water, I still need to care for the machine and I chose to only use these recommended tablets. I usually look for a non-branded alternative, but in this instance I want my coffee machine to last as long as possible, so I definitely use these instead.

Descaled and cleaned my new Siemens coffee machine, and these tablets were far cheaper than originator brand. It seems to clean the machine very well looking at the state of the water coming out (coffee residue). Did exactly what it says on the tin!!
